i guess going to a fall out boy concert is worth blogging about.
the day before, aidie was calling me to see whether i wanted to buy a ticket from him, since his sister's friend backed out last minute. i was considering, but i realised i cant, financially. and then 4 hrs before the concert
.
.
.
.
yikai rang and said his friend backed out as well. and since the ticket was gg to waste anyway, yours truly was bestowed the honour of attending the holy ceremony. fuck yea!
(pictures are from aidie's blog)

$101.00 man. given to me like that. there is a god up there somewhere, and he loves me.

one thing we noticed was that the crowd was mostly made up of younglings. and they were irritating. running around like some after school special. aidie was saying on how they should make this types of concert for 18 and above only. and i guess it makes sense.

yea. tts my free entry expression.

i should probably mention, this is actually my first gig involving a foreign band i actually know. the anticipation was mind-blowing.

shy la, hide my face.
we waited aeons, but i guess thats expected for a band of this magnitude. the crowd wasnt as much as i had anticipated. i daresay, baybeats was even bigger? anyway Hey Monday opened at 8 and they're oh-my-god-take-that-pencil-and-stuff-it-up-my-nose-till-it-pierce-my-brains awful. seriously. Hey Monday is the reason why people HATE mondays. hmm maybe thats how they came up with the band name. they piss me off so much, im not even going to blog photo's of them. i'm gonna pretend i never hear their music before, so my eyes won't bleed.
and then there they were.

i only didnt know the songs from the latest albums. other than that i was screaming my lungs out. got dripping wet after, and i wasnt even sure who's sweat it was on my shirt. it sure as hell doesnt smell like mine.
i seriously urge you guys to go youtube and find their videos. freaking legendary.

thanks for the memories, even if they weren't so good.
